The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: 

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent out within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery after processing and leaving the warehouse usually takes about 2-3 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time and in most cases it also arrives earlier than the specified period. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Free worldwide shipping on all orders over €50/$60/£65 (Shipping to the Netherland and Belgium is free on all orders)

Netherlands and Belgium: 7-15 Days. 

USA and CANADA: 10-20 Days

Australia and New Zealand: 10-20 Days

Europe: 10 - 20 Days

Rest of the World 10 - 20 Days

Disclaimer: The days mentioned above are business days. Packages are not labeled as duties paid, however, most regions do not need to pay duties. Avenue Bags accepts returns on all products for any reason. Just as long as item & packaging is returned in perfect condition.

Returns or exchange items are accepted up to 30 calendar days after receiving your order.

Do I need to pay for the return?
We have free returns with PayPal. Didn’t pay with PayPal? Then you are responsible for the return costs.
